  • How can I place an order?
    You can place an order by clicking on the desired product and adding this product to your bag. Then you can go to your bag by clicking on "my bag" in the top-right corner of your screen. If you're satisfied with the contents of your bag, you can click "checkout" to buy the products.
  • Can I change my order after I placed it?
    You can try to email us, but if the order is already shipped, there's nothing we can do.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can try to email us, but if the order is already shipped, there's nothing we can do.
  • Is it possible to reserve a garment?
    Unfortunately not. Because all our products are one of a kind, we want to keep all the items available for other costumers until it is bought.
  • There is something wrong with my received order, what should I do?
    You should contact us on Tell us what's wrong with the order and we'll find a fitting solution as soon as possible.


  • How soon will my order arrive?
    Orders placed on a business day before 16:00 NL-time (15:00 UTC), are shipped the same day. When the order exactly gets delivered, depends on PostNL. If you think it takes too long, you can always contact us on

Returns and Refunds

  • Can I return my order?
    Yes you can, within 2 weeks after receiving your order. See below for instructions for returning your order.
  • How do I have to return my order?
    If you would like to return your order, please download the return form here. You must return your order in its original state and packaging, including the filled out return form. You can find the return address on the return form.
  • Will I get a refund when I return an order?
    If we receive your returned items in good condition, we will refund the original price of the items. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipment (including the costs).
  • How long will my refund take?
    After we receive your returned items, we will try to process your refund within a week.


  • Do I have to create an account at Phixi?
    No, this is not necessary. It will however make ordering easier and tracking your orders possible.
  • I have forgotten my password/my password doesn't work, what do I have to do?
    At the login page you can request an email with a new password.
  • Can I change my account settings after registration?
    Yes, you can do this by logging in and clicking the "account" button in the top-left corner.

Product information

  • How do you determine the sizes?
    If there isn't a size indicated on the garment, we will give the estimated size on the product. If there is an indicated size on the item and the estimated size differs from this, we will mention it on the product page. If not, we will just tell the original size.
  • Can I find out the exact measurements of an item?
    Yes, if you want to know the exact measurements of an item you can always send an email to We'll measure the garment for you and answer as soon as possible.

  • Is there a physical Phixi store, or do you only have a webshop?
    Phixi doesn't have a physical store. We try to provide our customers with all the information about the products using clear pictures and a detailed description on every product page.
