  • How can I place an order?
    You can place an order by clicking on the desired product and adding this product to your shopping bag. Then you can go to your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner of your screen. If you're satisfied with the contents of your bag, you can click "checkout" to buy the products.
  • Can I change my order after I placed it?
    You can try to email us, but if the order is already shipped, there's nothing we can do.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can try to email us, but if the order is already shipped, there's nothing we can do.
  • Is it possible to reserve a garment?
    Unfortunately that's not possible.
  • There is something wrong with my received order, what should I do?
    You should send us an email. Tell us what's wrong with the order and we'll find a fitting solution as soon as possible.


  • How soon will my order arrive?
    Orders are shipped within 3 business days after we have received the payment. When the order exactly gets delivered, depends on PostNL. In most cases delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1-2 business days. For other countries it will take longer. If you think it's taking too long, you can always send us an email.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we ship to most countries!

  • I haven't received my order in time, what do I have to do?
    If you think it's taking too long to for your order to arrive, you can send us an email.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, during checkout you can choose to receive a Track & Trace code.

Returns and Refunds

  • Can I return my order?
    Yes, you can if the items haven't been used, within 2 weeks after receiving your order. See below for instructions for returning your order.
  • How do I have to return my order?
    If you would like to return your order, please download the return form here. This makes it easier for us to process your return in a timely manner. You must return your order in its original state and packaging, including the filled out return form. You can find the return address on the return form.
  • Will I get a refund when I return an order?
    If we receive your returned items in good condition, we will refund the original price of the items. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipment (including the costs).
  • How long will my refund take?
    After we receive your returned items, we will try to process your refund within a week.


  • Do I have to create an account at Phixi?
    No, this is not necessary. It will however improve your shopping experience with us. Placing an order will be easier, and tracking the status of your order will become available to you. Furthermore you get to use the wishlist to save your favourite items for future orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive updates about new collections, sales and available discounts.
  • I have forgotten my password/my password doesn't work, what do I have to do?
    At the login page you can request an email with a new password.
  • Can I change my account settings after registration?
    Yes, you can do this by logging in and clicking the account icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
  • Can I remove my account?
    Yes, if you no longer wish to have an account with us, you can send us an email.

Product information

  • Is the entire collection vintage?
    We offer both vintage and a collection of new clothing. These two categories can be found separately on our webshop. Furthermore, on every product page we indicate whether an item is new or vintage.
  • How do you determine the sizes?
    If there isn't a size indicated on the garment, we will give the estimated size on the product. If there is an indicated size on the item and the estimated size differs from this, we will mention it on the product page. If not, we will just tell the original size.
  • Can I find out the exact measurements of an item?
    Yes, if you want to know the exact measurements of an item you can always send us an email. We'll measure the garment for you and answer as soon as possible.
  • How do I wash my vintage items?
    We advice you to follow the instructions on the wash care label. In case there isn’t a label present on the item, or you aren’t sure, you can always ask us for advice! It depends on the item what type of care is advised. Unfortunately it’s not possible to return items that have changed after washing.
