Payment, shipping and returns
After placing your order you can choose from the following payment options:
- iDeal (The Netherlands)
- Bancontact (Belgium)
- Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
- Bank transfer
It is possible to pay by transferring money to our bank account. Don't forget to state your order number! Please keep in mind that the transfer can take a couple of days, depending on your bank. If we haven't received your payment within 1 week, we will cancel your order.
All orders are shipped by PostNL. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after we have received payment on working days. The shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and where you live. Small items are shipped in a flat box that fits in your mailbox. Larger items are shipped in regular boxes. If you would like to track your order, it is possible to choose for shipping with a Track & Trace code. When your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email, optionally including a link to your Track & Trace page.

If you are not satisfied with your order, then you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. You should fill out our return form and return your order in the original state and packaging including the return form to receive a refund. We will refund both the costs of the products and the original shipping costs, if you return the whole order. You are always responsible for the return shipment (including the costs).
